During the ceremony, the first three wining education Provinces at the competition , AL Dakhliah Directorate came at first place , Muscat Directorate was the second and North AL Batinah at the third . In addition , (8) out standings wining schools at the first three places at the Sultanate in cultural activity and music skill, (122) excellent students who won the first advanced places at different Contests at the provinces , (7) students winners in Annual Arabic Council Prize for Arab students in Jordan , (5) students winners in International School Prize of Peace and Cooperation Institution in Madrid ( Art as an Global Language ) , (55) a number of out standings teachers in educational activities and (15) members from Education Forum were honored. At the end , HE Shaikh Mohamed AL Tobi , MOE Consultant delivered a speech and mentioned that educating students cognitively and skillfully is the Ministry’s target and that by providing them with scientific knowledge and information and he was glad of students talents and creativity in performing the educational activities .

Under patronage of HE Shaikh Mohamed bin Hamdan AL Tobi , MOE Consultant represented by Students Activities Department of General Directorate for Educational Programs and in presence of HE Dr Hamood AL Harthy, Undersecretary of MOE for Education and Curriculum and a number of Advisers in Ministry’s Cabinet , General Directors and others held its annual ceremony of the out standings for the academic year 2012/2013 in Oman Hall in AL Bustan Palace Hotel .During the ceremony, the first three wining education Provinces at the competition , AL Dakhliah Directorate came at first place , Muscat Directorate was the second and North AL Batinah at the third .
